ABOUT PRODUCT SHIPMENT
At CULO CAMICIA™ we take sustainability very seriously, and we are committed to create only products that will be loved and worn. This is why all of our creations are made to order, which means we are producing them after your order has been placed and accepted.
Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed and within the following hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 CET. Orders made outside these hours are processed the next working day.
Once the order is placed and accepted, an email confirmation will be sent to confirm the purchase.
When the order ships, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number.
In some cases, the carrier takes up to 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or not working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can at email@example.com.

No shipments are made on saturdays, sundays or on Italian and local holidays.
Orders are delivered exclusively on working days during office hours from Monday to Friday except for Italian and local holidays.
We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your CULO CAMICIA can reach you everywhere around the world, at the most convenient shipping fees and as quickly as possible.
The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment.
For the time being we are only shipping to Italy.
- FREE SHIPPING on orders of 3 or more boxers.
- Orders under 3 boxers will be charged a €3,1 shipping fee.
Delivery times in Italy range from 1-3 working days depending on the address. The shipping time should be considered from the receipt of the email confirming the product has left our warehouse.

We can accept cancellation of your order within 2 hours from the order confirmation.
