RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

We are very keen to make you a happy CULO CAMICIA’s customer and if you have any questions or thoughts about our products, you are always welcome to contact us and we will do our best to help you. In case you are unhappy with your products, you are of course welcome to return or exchange them. Below you can find all information needed for making a return.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN & EXCHANGE

If you wish to return or exchange your product we kindly ask you to contact us directly at hello@culocamicia.com and we will help you from there.

If you wish to exchange your product, please let us know in the text of the email the new size and the item you would like. Before making the return or exchange, please read our return policy below.

Every product purchased from culocamicia.com has a 14 days return period starting from the day you receive the product. 

 

Returned products must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new. They must also be returned in their original packaging. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt.

 

Please, remember that returning an item has an environmental impact due to the CO2 emissions involved in the whole process (transportation, warehousing etc.). Before returning an item, think of someone that would love it. A gift is a conscious solution that can make someone else happy.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please, note that the refund cannot be made to any other bank account or via a different payment method.
